Learned senior counsel for Pharmacy Council of India has very fairly stated that the Council shall rectify the order dated 30.09.2025 in the light of the observations made by the Court in para 4 of the order dated 16.09.2025. 2.

Accordingly, in view of the aforesaid statement, we permit and direct the Council to rectify the said mistake on or before 20.11.2025. The fresh order shall be communicated to the petitioner/institution forthwith. 3.

The application stands disposed of.
