By way of present application, the applicant/petitioner seeks withdrawal of the FDR Receipt No. 3291262 dated 27.09.2023 in the sum of Rs. 10,00,000/- drawn on Bank of Baroda.

It is submitted in the application that the Letter of Administration was granted to the petitioner vide Judgment dated 25.11.2022. 3.
It is also submitted that initially all the respondents had contested the present petition and thereafter, all the respondents gave their no objection to the grant of Letter of Administration to the petitioner, except the respondent No. 3/Usha Singh, who was proceeded ex parte vide Order dated 12.03.2020. Therefore, the petition has essentially been uncontested and the Letter of Administration has been granted to the petitioner vide Judgment dated 25.11.2022.

The applicant/petitioner also seeks to place the Document No. 1 giving the inventory of the estate of the testator,, on record. 5.
A prayer is made that the FDR Receipt No. 3291262 dated 27.09.2023 in the sum of Rs. 10,00,000/- drawn on Bank of Baroda as was furnished by the petitioner, may be permitted to be withdrawn. 6.
In view of the submissions made, the Registry is directed to return the FDR Receipt No. 3291262 dated 27.09.2023 in the sum of Rs. 10,00,000/- drawn on Bank of Baroda to the petitioner or his authorised representative, in accordance with law.
