The present writ petition concerns the registration of a sale deed dated 21.08.2025, relating to 12 Bigha bearing Khasra Numbers 1122 (409), 1120/1/2 (1-02), 1139 (4-16), and 1118/2 min (1-13), situated in Village Punjab Khore, Delhi.

At the very outset, Ms. Ruchira Arora, learned counsel for the petitioner, states, upon instructions, that the petitioner received a message yesterday informing him that the Sale Deed has, in fact, been registered.
