This is an application filed by the petitioner seeking 39 days delay in re-filing of the petition.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned. CRL.REV.P. 311/2024 & CRL.M.A. 7205/2024 (Delay) 4.
This application has been filed, seeking condonation of 568 days delay in filing the instant petition. General bureaucratic delays have been mentioned as a reason for this huge delay. 5.
Having perused the reasons for the delay as explained in the application, I find no sufficient ground having been made out for condoning the delay. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
