The present petition has been placed before the court by the Joint Registrar who has recorded in the order dated 12.2.2015, that none has been appearing on behalf of the petitioner for conducting admission/denial of documents, though repeated opportunities were granted.

A perusal of the order sheet shows that after 26.8.2014, none has been appearing for the petitioner. Same is the position even today.
