The present writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner seeking the following reliefs:
"i) Issue a writ of certiorari, mandamus and/or such other appropriate writ to the office memorandum no. f.no. 24/05/2022/DGHS/TAI dated 28.06.2022 issued by the directorate general of health services, ministry of health & family welfare, government of India (Respondent no. 2 herein) vide which tuberculosis association of India ('TAI') (the Respondent no. 3 herein) has been allowed complete autonomy in its functioning and the government of India has sought to disengage itself from the functioning of TAI; as unconstitutional, arbitrary, illegal, without jurisdiction, malafide, ineffective, inoperative and violative of the fundamental rights of the petitioner, and W.P.(C) 13780/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. ii) Issue a writ to set aside the actions of the Respondent no. 3 whereby the Respondent no. 3 had forced the petitioner through coercive means to discontinue from the position of secretary general of tai without any notice in writing, without following the due process and without the authority of the chairman of tai i.e. ex-officio - the DGHS (the Rsespondent no. 2) and thereafter withholding of the outstanding dues of the petitioner as arbitrary, unconstitutional and violative of the fundamental rights of the petitioner."

In my view, there is misjoinder of causes of action. 5.
After canvassing some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to file separate writ petitions for different causes of action. 6.
Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for, in accordance with law.
