Present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 02nd September, 2024 passed by the respondent no.1/ Registrar of Cooperative Societies whereby respondent no.1 dropped the proceedings under the Show Cause Notice dated 5th April, 2023 without considering the inspection report of Adhoc DANIC officer. The petitioners further seek issuance of directions to declare the General Body Meeting dated 15th January, 2023 as null and void and seeks directions to respondent no.1 to conduct the special audit of respondent no.2/Cooperative Society as per order dated 21st September, 2023.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners would be satisfied if this Court were to clarify that the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. respondent no.2/Cooperative Society would have to comply with the order dated 21st September, 2023 and the said order is not affected by the impugned order dated 02nd September, 2024.

Having perused the impugned order dated 02nd September, 2024, this Court is of the view that the order dated 21st September, 2023 passed by the respondent no.1/Registrar of Cooperative Societies has not been diluted or withdrawn. However, this Court finds no ground to interfere with the impugned order dated 02nd September, 2024.

With the aforesaid clarification, present writ petition along with the applications stands disposed of.
