Ms. Harimohana N., learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the Delhi School Tribunal ["the Tribunal"], to challenge the order dated 15.07.2025, by which the petitioner's services were terminated. 2.

The writ petition, alongwith the pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.

Ms. Harimohana N. submits that she will approach the Tribunal for the expeditious consideration of the petitioner's prayer for interim relief, and is at liberty to do so.
