By order dated 11th September, 2025, the Applicant was released on the first spell of furlough for a period of three weeks. By the present application, the Applicant seeks extension of furlough for another two weeks.

Counsel for the Applicant submits that consequent to partition of ancestral property, family members have now consented to the Applicant raising a boundary wall on his allotted share. It is urged that the construction is necessary to protect the property from likely encroachment. Counsel for the Applicant further states that this period of extension be adjusted. 6.

Considering the above, the period of furlough is extended by a period of two weeks commencing from today on the same terms and conditions as set out in the order dated 9th September, 2025. The Applicant is directed to surrender on 22nd October, 2025. This period shall be against the second spell of furlough that the Petitioner would be entitled to. 7.
