The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers: "A. Allow the present Petition and initiate proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, against the Respondent for his wilful disobedience of the Judgment and Order dated 21.05.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P. (C.) No. 6879 of 2025, titled as Sandeep Tandon & Anr. v. Delhi Developmental Authority; and B.

Direct that adequate compensation/damages be paid by the Respondent in light of the substantial delay in compliance of Order dated 18.05.2025 in W.P. (C.) No. 6879 of 2025, titled as Sandeep Tandon & Anr. v. Delhi Developmental Authority. C.

Actual cost of the Present Petition; and D. Pass any such other order that this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the interest of justice."
