Mr. Gaurav Pachnanda, learned senior counsel for the applicant has taken the Court through the order passed by this Court on 11.09.2025. 2.

He further draws the attention of the Court to paragraph No.6 of the affidavit filed by other side. He then contends that if the name of the buyer is disclosed to the petitioner, the petitioner thereafter, will take appropriate The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. recourse in accordance with law.

Mr. Rajiv Nayar and Mr. Dayan Krishnan, learned senior counsel appearing for the other side, have handed over the details of the buyer's name during the course of hearing and they contend all their rights and contentions be reserved so far as the merits of the matter is concerned, 4.

A similar submission is made by Mr. Pachnanda, who also at this stage, seeks to take liberty to withdraw the petition with further liberty to take appropriate recourse in accordance with law. 5.

Reserving all the rights and contentions of the parties, at this stage, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn, along with pending applications. 6.
