Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.2 - School fairly submits that under the facts of the present case, the respondent-School does not have any serious objection in granting admission. He, however, submits that the same shall not be treated as a precedent. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, the Court directs that the petitioners be granted regular admission by the respondent-School forthwith. The same shall not be treated as a precedent.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
