The present Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking directions to the learned Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal ["DRAT"] and the learned Debts Recovery Tribunal-II ["DRT-II"] to expeditiously adjudicate and decide the matters bearing MA No. 80/2025 and SA No. 342/2023, respectively.
