Petitioner, by virtue of the above said application seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the respondent Authority seeking conversion of leasehold into freehold.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition may be treated as a representation by the respondent Authority and they may be requested to consider the same in accordance with law. 3.
Learned counsel for the respondent - DDA has no objection to the above said proposal and they would consider the said petition as a representation in accordance with law.
