It is informed by respective counsel that E-Mulakat was afforded to the petitioner in terms of the directions contained in the order dated 25.11.2024.

After some hearing, with the consent of respective counsel, the present petition is disposed of with the direction that the E-Mulakat facility shall continue to be provided to the petitioner upto three times a month for each of the two persons referred to in para-1 of the order dated 25.11.2024 viz. mother of the accused - Ms. Setemongla and daughter of accused's, sister - Ms. Merintula. The same shall be subject to the conditions as already set out in the order dated 25.11.2024.
