% 26.11.2025 This Case is taken up today, as 25th November, 2025 was declared as a holiday.

The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondents to extend the contract period of catering stall awarded to the petitioner at Ajmer Railway Station, on Platform No. 1, of Stall No. A II-03, between Pillar No. 16 and 17 from Madar End, for further period of additional 37 days.

Earlier, this Court vide order dated 24th March, 2025 passed in W.P.(C) 3589/2025, had granted extension of seven months' period to the petitioner to vacate the stall in question.

On pointed query from learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, she submits that the petitioner has already vacated the catering stall in question.
