This is a petition under Section 528 of BNSS/482 Cr.P.C seeking quashing of FIR No. 315/2023 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC and Section 4 of D.P.Act registered at P.S. Vivek Vihar.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that investigation has been complete and charge sheet has since been filed but the charges are yet not settled, and the next date listed before the trial court is 13.10.2025 for consideration of charge.
