There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. The writ petition was filed in the year 2006 with regard to appointment of respondent Nos. 7 and 8 to the post of Lecturer in Urdu in the respondent No. 1 - Zakir Husain P.G. Graduation College.

The orders dated 26.09.2023, 23.02.2024, 15.05.2024, 07.10.2024 and 03.03.2025 also record no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. 3.
By order dated 16.08.2023, the petitioner was granted an opportunity to serve respondent Nos. 2 to 6, if so advised. The said order has not been complied with.

The learned Registrar issued Court Notice to the petitioner and her counsel pursuant to order dated 15.05.2024. The order dated 07.10.2024 records that counsel was duly served. no appearance on behalf of the petitioner on the aforesaid dates of hearing and the order for service upon the unserved respondents has, also, not been complied with.

It is evident from the aforesaid that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the writ petition further. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed for non-prosecution.
