Application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023) has been filed on behalf of the Applicant/Petitioner, Hari Om Rai, seeking permission to travel to Dubai from 27.04.2025 to 04.05.2025, in terms of the Bail Order which was modified vide Order dated 04.03.2025. 2.
On advance Notice, learned Counsel for the Respondent has appeared and seeks time for verification.
