At this stage, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the bail application with liberty to file fresh bail application before the concerned Session Court. He also stated that the coaccused who is stated to be the main accused i.e., Prince Mishra, has already been granted anticipatory bail by the concerned Session Court. 3.

Accordingly, the instant bail is allowed to be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for along with the pending applications, if any. DR.
