In case, petitioner vends in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Certificate of Vending ('COV'), we see no impediment in claim put forth by petitioner that no action be taken against them. 2.

However, we make it clear that in case there is a violation of terms and conditions of the COV, it shall be open for the respondent to take action in accordance with law.

Accordingly, petition stands disposed of.
