The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing the respondent to produce the minor girl child before this Court.
Learned Standing Counsel for State submits that the missing girl stands traced.

Learned counsel for petitioner also submits that the missing girl stands traced and the petitioner has already met her. 4.
In the given circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to take any other appropriate steps as may be required in the given circumstances. 5.
Permission and liberty, as prayed for, is granted in accordance with law.
