The present application is filed seeking interim bail in FIR No.255/2024 dated 06.05.2024, registered at police station Civil Lines, for offence under Section 21 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, for a period of sixty days on the ground that the applicant is suffering from serious postnatal complications which require urgent medical care. 4.

The interim bail granted to the applicant, by order dated 27.08.2024, passed by the learned Special Judge-NDPS-02, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi is extended for a period of two weeks from the date.

The applicant is directed to surrender on or before 21.10.2024.
