The petitioner is seeking initiation of the contempt proceedings against the respondents for defying of the directions of this Court dated 27.04.2019 followed by the order dated 29.05.2019 passed by the learned ADJ-06, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, in proceedings under the civil suit under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 of The Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 [„CPC‟].

It is submitted that the respondents in willful disobedience to the directions of the Trial Court have sold the portion of the property to respondent no.4.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present contempt petition, with liberty to approach the learned Trial Court for taking appropriate action against the respondents in terms of Order XXXIX Rule 2A CPC.
