O R D E R

The present petition raises a grievance as regards the orders passed by the M.M Mahila Court, South West, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi, inter-alia, (a) fixation of interim maintenance vide order dated 18.10.2023 passed in Ct. C No. 4218/2017; and (b) subsequent attachment of salary of the petitioner vide order dated 03.08.2024 passed in Ex. Crl. No. 10/2024. 2.

It is submitted that the petitioner is gravely prejudice on account of the aforesaid. It is contended that the same suffers from various errors apparent on the face of the record.

It also transpires that the petitioner has moved an application for modification of the orders dated 18.10.2023 and 03.08.2024, passed by the concerned Family Court. The same has been annexed as Annexure-P3 to the present petition.

It is submitted that consideration of the said application is impeded on the ground that the concerned judicial officer is on a maternity leave. 5.

direction that the aforesaid application seeking modification of the order dated 18.10.2023 be decided by the concerned Court expeditiously. 6.

In case there is any difficulty on account of the concerned judicial officer being on maternity leave, the Principal Judge, South West, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi, Delhi shall allocate the case to another judicial officer who is in a position to bestow expeditious consideration to the said application.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms. 8.

It is made clear that this order shall not be construed as an expression of opinion of this Court as regards the merits of the contentions of the petitioner.
