This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.

The present petition under Sections 2(b)/2(c) and Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, seeks the following prayers:- "a. initiate the contempt proceedings against the Respondents as per the provisions of section 2 ( b), (c), 10 and 12 of Contempt of Court Act for disobedience of the order dated 21.08.2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court;

b. try, prosecute, punish and sentence the respondents as per the letter & split of the aforesaid provision.

c. Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case may kindly be passed in favour of the Petitioner and against Respondent." Vide order dated 21.08.2024, writ petition, W.P.(C) 1597/2024, was disposed of by learned Coordinate Bench by observing as under:- "3. In view of the aforesaid, the Court is satisfied that no further directions are required to be passed. The respondent-Corporation has already taken necessary steps to ensure that the further construction is stopped.

4. The respondent-Corporation is bound by the stand taken in the status report."

Nothing has been placed on record in the present petition to show that the aforesaid directions had been violated. In addition to the same, status report dated 06.11.2024 authored by Tarun Shankar Arya, Executive Engineer, Karol Bagh Zone, has been placed on record wherein, it is stated that no fresh unauthorised construction has been noticed in the premises and photographs with regard to inspection on 18.10.2024 have also been placed on record.

In view of the above, no further directions are called for. 6.

The present petition is disposed of accordingly. 7.
