Pass over awaiting the arguing counsel requested by learned counsel for petitioners but in view of heavy board of this Court with 116 matters, pass over is not possible. The petitioner has assailed issuance of nonbailable warrants by NCDRC. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner on instructions submits that the petitioner may be saved from humiliation of arrest and they shall certainly appear before the NCDRC within one week with an application seeking cancellation of non-bailable warrants. 3.
Accordingly, as requested by learned counsel on instructions, the petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with the direction that for a period of one week from today, the non-bailable warrants issued by NCDRC shall not be executed against the petitioner subject to the petitioner filing by tomorrow an undertaking on affidavit that he would appear before NCDRC within one week along with an application seeking cancellation of nonbailable warrants on which appropriate orders would be passed. It is made clear that if the said undertaking is not filed by tomorrow and/or the petitioner does not appear before NCDRC within one week with an application for cancellation of non-bailable warrants, no further protection shall be granted.
