The present petition under Section 2(B) read with Section 10, 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers: - (i) Initiate and hold the Respondent-Chamber Allotment Committee-guilty of willful disobedience/contempt of the judgment dated 20.12.2022 in W.P.(C) 11092/2022 & connected The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

(ii) Direct the Respondent to forthwith: (a) Restore and implement the original 113 eligible left-out advocates' seniority list in toto without dilution or disturbance and also quash any such list of 166 advocate as described by the administration if prepared. (b) Exclude and remove all names from the ineligible list 75 +from any seniority list meant for allotment pursuant to the 2009 process; (c) Proceed to make allotments strictly in accordance with the 113 list and their frozen inter se seniority, in priority to any other category; as per the court order dated 20-12-2022. (iii) Pass such further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interests of justice."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner draw the attention of this Court to an order dated 20.12.2022 passed in W.P.(C) 11092/2022 along with other writ petitions, wherein the following directions were passed: - "11. The order dated 10th October, 2013 passed in Karan Singh Kardam (supra) case which requires the seniority list to be drawn up, would have to be read in the context of the subsequent order dated 10th December, 2018. Insofar as the settlement is concerned, it is the submission of the Petitioners that the same was entered into without notice to them and such a settlement cannot deprive the Petitioners of their rights, owing to the fact that their names were part of the original list of 113 members. The said issue is stated to be before the Building Maintenance and Construction Committee (Karkardooma Court Complex) which has requested the Chamber Allotment Committee of Karkardooma Court Complex to prepare a concrete plan as per Mr. Satyakam, Id. Counsel.

In these facts and circumstances, the present writ petitions are disposed of with the direction to the Chamber Allotment Committee of Karkardooma Court Complex to not disturb the inter~se seniority of the members who were originally part of the list of 113 persons drawn in September, 2009. If any persons are to be added to the said seniority list, based upon the eligibility, the said seniority list shall be drawn up without disturbing the original list of 113 members, in terms of the direction given in paragraph 10 above.

any grievance, they are permitted to make a representation before the Building Maintenance and Construction Committee (Karkardooma Court Complex), of the Delhi High Court, which would consider the said representation. The decision taken by the Building Maintenance and Construction Committee (Karkardooma Court Complex), Delhi High Court, shall be adhered to by all the parties concerned."

The grievance of the petitioners is that respondent no. 1 has now introduced certain members and are not adhering to the aforesaid direction of not disturbing the inter se seniority of the members who were originally part of 113 persons.

Learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 1 (The Chamber Allotment Committee) and respondent no. 3 (Building Maintenance & Construction Committee, Karkardooma Court Complex) submitted that representation filed on behalf of the present petitioners has been received and the same is pending consideration before the said authorities and the decision regarding the same will be communicated to the petitioners within a period of 6 weeks. It is also stated at the bar that the chambers have not been allotted so far.

In view of the above statement, respondent no. 1 and respondent no. 3 after considering the representation of the petitioners will communicate the decision thereon to the petitioners within a period of 6 weeks. 8.
The present petition is disposed of accordingly. 9.
