The Petitioner has assailed order dated 02.08.2025 of the learned trial court whereby, the application of the petitioner for taking on record a Board Resolution was rejected. Paragraphs 6-8 of the impugned order would show that the learned trial court rejected the said application in view of order dated 03.02.2023 of coordinate bench of this court in CM(M) 383/2022. 2.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition so that the petitioner may seek a review of order dated 03.02.2023 in CM(M) 383/2022.

Accordingly, the petition and the accompanying applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
