% 12.09.2017 The present petition has been listed in view of CM. No. 25232/2017 filed by the petitioner for certain interim directions. It is noted that the writ petition is directed primarily against the Chief Fire Officer, Delhi Fire Services.

It is conceded by Mr. U. Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner that the subject matter of the writ petition shall lie within the jurisdiction of the Central Administrative Tribunal. He makes a request that as this Court has no jurisdiction, the matter be transferred. Noting the aforesaid submission, as the writ petition is of the year 2006, the same and the connected application are transferred to CAT, Principal Bench, New Delhi. The parties to appear before the Registrar, Central Administrative Tribunal on October 16, 2017. The Registry of this Court is directed to send the file to the Central Administrative Tribunal with a copy of this order to the respondents so as to ensure their presence before the Registrar, Central Administrative Tribunal on the date fixed.
