The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petitions have been filed seeking quashing of the complaints under Section 138 of NI Act.

He submits that during the pendency of the present petitions, the complainant/respondents have already withdrawn the complaint cases, therefore, the present petitions have been rendered infructous. He, therefore, seeks to withdraw the present petitions.
