% C.M.No. /2015 (under Order 23 Rule 3 CPC) (to be registered), W.P.(C) 10939/2006 and C.M.No.2109-2112/2015 & 2916/2015 The counsels for the parties have stated that the matter is amicably settled between the parties. The settlement deed Ex.P1 dated 23.03.2015 has duly been signed by the parties.

Statements of the parties are recorded separately. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the respondent for getting his Provident Fund etc. released from the concerned authorities. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the petition and all the pending applications stand disposed. The parties are directed to abide by the settlement.

W.P.(C)10939/2006 Statement of Mr.Fateh Singh s/o Sh.Ram Kripal Singh aged about 48 yerasr/o E4A, Jai Vihar, Nazafgarh, Delhi-43 (respondent no.1/workman) On.S.A.

I agree with the settlement deed dated 23.03.2015 Ex.P1 which bears my signatures at point 'A'.

I have amicably settled my dispute with the petitioner voluntarily without any pressure and coercion from anybody for a sum of Rs.6 lakhs, out of which Rs.50,000/- has already been paid to me in the trial court on 06.01.2015 and the said sum is adjusted by me against the finally settled amount. Pursuant to this settlement I have received a sum of Rs.5,50,000/- vide cheque no.020017 dated 22.04.2015 drawn on the Oriental Bank of Commerce, Maya Puri, New Delhi. Pursuant to this settlement, I have settled all my disputes relating to I.D.No. 288/1999 and there are no dues against the petitioner.

It is requested that the petitioner be directed to co-operate with regard to the withdrawal of Provident Fund etc. from the concerned authorities. RO & AC (DEEPA SHARMA) JUDGE

I agree with the settlement deed dated 23.03.2015 Ex.P1 which bears my signatures at point 'B'.

I have amicably settled the dispute with the respondent no.1/workman voluntarily without any pressure and coercion from anybody for a sum of Rs.6 lakhs, out of which Rs.50,000/- has already been paid to respondent no.1/workman in the trial court on 06.01.2015 and the said sum is adjusted by the respondent no.1 against the finally settled amount. Pursuant to this settlement I have paid a sum of Rs.5,50,000/- vide cheque no.020017 dated 22.04.2015 drawn on the Oriental Bank of Commerce, Maya Puri, New Delhi. Pursuant to this settlement, I have settled all the disputes relating to I.D.No. 288/1999 and there are no dues against the management. I shall abide by the terms of the settlement.
