The present case has been reflected in the regular cause list since 03.02.2016. However, none has been appearing for the petitioner. 2.

On 12.2.2016, learned counsel for the respondents was requested to give a written intimation of the pendency of the present case to the counsel for the petitioner. When the matter was taken up on 19.2.2016, Ms. Lamba, learned counsel for the respondents informed the Court that she had dispatched a letter to the counsel for the petitioner intimating her about the pendency of this case. Despite the same, none was present for the petitioner on 23.2.2016. Same is the position even today. 3.
