% 11.07.2018 This petition seeks the following reliefs:- "(a). Issue writ, order or directions in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the respondent No. 1 to conduct fresh investigation in the FIR No.322/2011, registered at Nihal Vihar, Police Station, under section 498A/406 IPC and the case may be transferred from the present Investigating Officer to the Crime Branch of Delhi Police. (b). To the order dated 07/02/2018, passed by the court of Ms. Swati Katiyar, MM, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi in case related to FIR No.322/2011, registered at Nihal Vihar, Police Station, under section 498A/406/PC.

(c). or to pass such other and further orders, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in favour of the petitioners and against the respondent."

The learned counsel for the State submits that the matter has been investigated, chargesheet has been filed and the charges have been framed. In the circumstances, no further orders are required in this case. The petition, alongwith pending application, is disposed-off in the above terms.
