This application is listed for hearing on 18th September, 2025. 2.
With the consent of the parties, this application is taken up for hearing today itself.

The present application has been filed under Order I Rule 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (hereinafter 'CPC') seeking impleadment of the following parties:
a.
Mr. Ashwani Bhatnagar;

b.
Ms. Rekha Saxena; and c.
Ms. Priya Saxena.

Mr. Madhu Sudan, counsel appearing on behalf of the plaintiff, submits that he has filed vakalatnama for Mr. Ashwani Bhatnagar and Ms. Priya Saxena and has no objection to the impleadment of the aforesaid parties as defendants in the present suit.

Mr. Cheitanya Madan, counsel appearing on behalf of the defendant, submits that he has filed vakalatnama for Ms. Rekha Saxena and has no objection to her impleadment as a defendant.

Accordingly, the aforementioned parties are impleaded as defendants in the present suit.

The amended memo of parties be filed within three (3) days. 8.
The application is accordingly disposed of.

The date already fixed before the Court on 18th September, 2025 stands cancelled.
I.A. 23032/2025 (u/O-XXIII Rule 3 of the CPC) 10.
The present application has filed under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the CPC seeking a decree in the present suit on the basis of Settlement Deed dated 8th September, 2025 (hereinafter 'Settlement Deed') arrived at between the parties.

The Settlement Deed, which bears the signatures of all the parties, has been placed on record.
12.
I have perused the terms of the Settlement Deed and find the same to be lawful.
13.
The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Deed. 14.
The application stands disposed of.

In view of the order passed above in I.A. 23032/2025, the suit is decreed in terms of the Settlement Deed.

Let decree sheet be drawn up accordingly.

The aforesaid application along with the Settlement Deed shall form part of the decree sheet.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, Mr. Vijay Kumar Singh (Advocate), the Local Commissioner appointed by this Court vide order dated 27th September, 2022, shall handover the keys of the five
(5) Gallas to the plaintiff.
19.
All pending applications stand disposed of.
20.
The date already fixed before the Court on 10th November, 2025 stands cancelled.
