Upon institution of the present appeal, notice was issued on 03.10.2024. Thereafter, the matter has been listed on three occasions. However, the appellant has failed to deposit the process fee. On the previous date of hearing i.e., 09.01.2026, this Court, granted a last opportunity to take necessary steps.

However, as per the office report, the process fee still remains to be filed. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. 3.

In view of the above, the present appeal is dismissed in default for non-prosecution.
