The present Appeal, under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984, impugns the Order dated 11.12.2023 passed by the learned Family Court while dismissing the Appellant's application filed for setting-aside the ex-parte decree.

The application filed by the Appellant has been dismissed for non-prosecution due to her non-appearance.

To recall such order, an application for restitution is required to be filed.

Hence, the Appellant, if so advised, may avail the aforesaid remedy.
