This is an application seeking modification of the order dated 28.03.2025 to include that the petitioner has the liberty under section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 to challenge the impugned order dated 05.09.2024.

There is no ground made for the modification of the order dated 28.03.2025. The liberty to challenge the order dated 05.09.2024 under section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 is always available with the petitioner in accordance with law and no permission/liberty is required from this Court.
