The present petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter 'the A&C Act') seeks extension of time for completion of the arbitral proceedings and making of the Arbitral Award.

It is submitted that the arbitral proceedings are at an advanced stage and the recording of evidence has almost been completed. 3.

Respective counsel for the parties jointly submit that an appropriate extension of time be granted to complete the arbitral proceedings and make the Arbitral Award.

Accordingly, at joint request, the time for completion of the arbitral proceedings and making of the Arbitral Award is extended till 31.05.2025. 5.
