This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for following reliefs: "i. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondents to grant benefits of Central ex-gratia amount compensation of Rs.

25,00,000/-, Bharat ke Veer benefits of Rs.

15,00,000/- as per the letter Dated 28.09.2020 issued by the WELFARE DIRECTORATE CRPF New Delhi.

ii. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondents to grant benefits of PMSP benefits of Rs. 5,00,000/- of para 12 of the Appendix-A, with interest of 12% per annum from the date of death of the petitioner's husband."

advance notice, submits that the representation of the petitioner for the grant of ex-gratia compensation under the 'Bharat Ke Veer' scheme and the Para Military Salary Package (PMSP) scheme had been rejected vide an Order dated 01.10.2024. A copy thereof has been supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the said order in accordance with law.

The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
