After some hearing learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw these writ petitions, with liberty to file civil proceedings for recovery of their dues.

In the event the petitioners file civil suits for the same cause of action within a period of four weeks from today, the petitioners may seek necessary orders from the concerned Court with regard to benefit of Section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963.
