Present public interest petition has been filed seeking issuance of directions to the respondents to declare the marks scored by each candidate and their ranks at different stages of the examination to the recruitment process for various posts as conducted or to be conducted by them along with the cut-off score in the selections made by them of each category. The Petitioner further seeks issuance of directions to the respondents to comply with the Office Memorandums ("OMs") dated 21st June, 2016, 19th July, 2017 and 21st December, 2020 issued by the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Government of India and make the scores and rankings along with the other details of the candidates in recruitment examinations publicly available through portal.

A perusal of the paper book reveals that the petitioner's representation dated 11th April, 2024 has not been decided till date. 3.
Consequently, the present public interest petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.1 to treat the present writ petition as a representation and to decide the same by way of a speaking order in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. Pending application stands disposed of.

A copy of the decision shall be communicated to learned counsel for the petitioner.
