We are informed by Ms Sonali Malhotra, learned counsel, who appears on behalf of the appellant, that the interse dispute between the parties has been settled under the aegis of Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre [in short 'Centre'].

In this connection, our attention has been drawn to the Settlement Agreement dated 30.08.2024 [in short 'SA'].

2.1 Ms Malhotra also informs us that as per the SA, Rs.24 lakhs has been paid to the respondent.

Mr Raghubir Kumar Sharma, husband of the respondent and Mr Vinay Sharma, son of the respondent are physically present in Court. They affirm that Rs.24 lakhs has been received by the respondent. 4.

been handed over to the respondent.

Given this position, the SA seems to have worked out itself. In any event, the terms of settlement, as reflected in the SA, in our opinion, are lawful.

The SA will form part of the record.

Accordingly, as prayed and as agreed by the parties, the appellant is permitted to withdraw the appeal.

It is ordered accordingly.

The appeal is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
