The Petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers: "a. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the District Magistrate to ensure the fair investigation is conducted concerning events transpired understanding the urgency of the situation giving amicable relief to the Petitioner.
b. Pass an order directing the SHO - P.S Dabri to provide Immediate protection to the Petitioner considering the threats to his life.
c. Pass such further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the light of facts and circumstances in the Interest of justice."

It is stated that the Petitioner filed a complaint in September, 2023 but the same has yet not been taken up.

As far as prayer (a) of the Writ Petition is concerned, it is open for the Petitioner to move an application for early hearing of the complaint which will be considered by the District Magistrate on its own merits without being influenced by this Order. As far as prayer (b) is concerned, it is always open for the Petitioner to approach the concerned SHO in case there is a danger of physical harm to the Petitioner. As and when the Petitioner approaches the concerned SHO, the concerned SHO is directed to take necessary steps, if required.

With these directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of along with the pending applications, if any.
