The Petitioner, who is the licensee of Kiosk at Inter State Bus Terminals1 in Sarai Kale Khan, Delhi has filed this writ petition challenging the termination notice dated 13th September, 2024. The Impugned notice issued by Respondent No.2, terminates his license on the purported grounds of redevelopment of the ISBT, Sarai Kale Khan. This Court placing reliance on order dated 24th September, 2024 in W.P.(C) 13372/2024 had granted interim protection to the Petitioners on 3rd October, 2022 which was directed to continue till today.

In W.P.(C) 13929/2024 and other connected matters, which arise from a similar factual matrix and involve identical grounds of challenge, this 1 "ISTBs"

Court, after careful consideration, has dismissed the petitions for lack of merit through a detailed order passed earlier today. Given the substantial overlap in facts, legal issues, and arguments, the reasoning and conclusions drawn in those cases are equally applicable to the present matter. 3.

Accordingly, it is directed that order dated 8th October, 2024, passed in W.P.(C) 13929/2024 and other connected matters, shall apply mutatis mutandis in the present case as well. There is no merit in the petition and the same is dismissed for the grounds and reasons stated in the afore-said judgment. However, in this case as well, it is considered appropriate to grant a one-month grace period to the Petitioner to continue operating his kiosk for exhausting the stock of his goods. The Petitioner shall, immediately on the expiry of the one month from today, vacate the kiosk, failing which, the Respondents shall be free to take appropriate action to secure the possession of the kiosk.

The Petition along with pending applications stand dismissed in the above terms.
