By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks the following prayers: "a) Direct the respondents no.1 to 4 to provide necessary and adequate protections/security to the petitioner to save her life and property at the hands of the respondent no.5 and her associates and further direct to the local police to take proper action against the respondent no.5 and her associates;
b) direct the respondent no.5 not to make bad advertisement and false allegations on Youtube or any other social media/print media or any other social platform media against the petitioner or her colleagues which damages the reputation of the petitioner where she is working for her livelihood; and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. c) direct the respondent no. 5 not to insult or extending serious threats to the petitioner....."

Mr. Sinha, learned ASC for the State, on instructions, states that the SHOs of the concerned police stations being P.S. I.P. Estate and P.S. Barakhamba Road would look into the complaint and take suitable action to ensure that the peace is maintained.
