Suit has been disposed of by Hon'ble Court vide compromise decree dated 13.03.2015 in terms of mediation settlement dated 15.01.2015 between the parties. There is no order regarding impounding of the document filed by defendant No.1. Learned counsel for defendant No.1 submits that in the settlement also, there is no condition that the original documents filed by defendant No.1 should not be returned to him. Learned counsel for defendant No.1 submits that certified copies of the documents have already been filed.

IA is allowed.
