The instant writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (currently under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023) has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:- "a. Allow the present Criminal Writ Petition Under Article 226 Of Constitution Of India Read with Section 482 of Crpc ( 528 of BNSS,2023 ) in The Nature of Mandamus or any other suitable writ seeking directions to Respondent No.1 and 2 to The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. initiate appropriate legal action under the provisions Of Schedule Caste And Schedule Tribe (Prevention Of Atrocities) Act, 1989 read with Bharatiya Nyay Samhita, 2023 against Anil Kumar Madhwal, b. Pass any other order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."

There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

Learned ASC appearing on behalf of the State apprised the Court that the Investigating Agency is going to lodge the FIR against the Security Incharge of respondent No.2 namely Mr.Anil Kumar Madhwal under the provisions of Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No.2 also informed the Court that the respondent No.2 has already initiated an appropriate legal action against Mr. Anil Kumar Madhwal as per the Central Civil Services Rules. Thus, it is jointly prayed that since nothing survives in the present petition for further adjudication, the same may be disposed of. 4.

In view of the above, nothing is left in the present petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of.
