% 04.03.2016 CM No.6003/2016 This is an application under Section 151 CPC filed on behalf of the petitioners for taking settlements on record and for directions. For the reasons given in the application, the same is allowed. The application stands disposed of.

W.P.(C) 2403/2014 & CM Nos.5035/2014, 10629/2015 The petitioners have filed the present petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeking quashing of award dated 31.03.2011 and order dated 25.01.2014 passed by the learned Labour Court, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have settled the matter with the respondents and paid the amount in terms of settlements dated 07.10.2015 & 01.10.2015.

Mr.Shubham Saxena, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the aforesaid settlement he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition as well as the applications. As prayed, the petition as well as applications are dismissed as withdrawn.

CM Nos.14402/2014 & 14403/2014 Learned counsel for the respondents does not want to press the present applications.
