It is informed by the Counsel for State that by order dated 7th October 2024 has been passed by the Competent Authority granting 3rd spell of furlough to petitioner for a period of 2 weeks from the date of his release from the jail, subject to furnishing one surety of Rs.10,000/- along with a personal bond of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent, besides other conditions in the said order. 2.

Copy of the said order be provided to the counsel for petitioner by the State.
